For group bookings, a deposit is required to secure the reservation. As we always strive to meet our guests’ wishes in the best possible way, we review individually whether we can accommodate your specific requirements. A binding agreement can therefore only be made after prior consultation and coordination.

Cancellation
If you book directly with us, you benefit from flexible cancellation and modification options. You can adjust your booking at any time and change the travel period, subject to availability.

If you have a riding lesson on your departure day, we are happy to offer you a complimentary late check-out. This allows you to end your day in a relaxed way and extend your stay with us a little longer.
